I am going to miss Eric and his team, as I am moving out of state. I have gone to Automotive Specialist for various jobs, some routine maintenance and other out of the ordinary task. They have always taken the time to explain all the details involved in working on my cars. They provide you the car owner with a proposed plan to either fix a problem or conduct the routine maintenance that is called for. They don't add on "nice to have" maintenance, they just do what is needed for the immediate future. They will plan out "the next" service so that nothing is overlooked and will be accomplished within the safe operating mileage. I highly recommend that you make Eric and his team of professionals your automotive mechanics.

I started going to Automotive specialists when I distristed the list of 'needed repairs & maintenance' from another service center. Automotive Specialists told me the truth about mainternenct that did NOT need to be done. They also found repairs that absolutely needed to be done , missed by the other shop whose staff must have been too busy to really look--- a broken engine mount. They found on first inspection, stretched head bolts that two dealers and one independent shop missed. For four years each visit has been an education. I have passed on the purchase of three used cars because of what Automotive Specialists found. I have had no surprises from the used car Automotive Specialists recommended after inspection.
