After being screwed over by Firestone on general booth I was told by a few people to try out European Autowerks and I will say this has been the best service I’ve had since moving to America. The whole approve/deny tool on services after a thorough inspection by the technician is awesome. Especially being sent photos/videos of what’s wrong allowing you to visually see the problems too. Grade A place. Will continue to use and recommend. Great customer service by Ramel. Was a gent from the start and continued to be a blessing. Great work, great team, great place.

European Autowerks is the best Ramele was very professional and helpful throughout the process. I brought my 2020 Mercedes GLE 350 to them to get the front brakes and rotors replaced. Their prices are way cheaper than the dealership with a warranty on their work.

First impressions make an impact at least to me, the staff (primarily Taylor) from setting up a reservation, through updates and until our Volvo was completed were professional, polite and reassuring. Their level of service truly hit what consumers should expect from a professional auto repair shop. When I dropped off our vehicle I noticed the office/service advisor was very clean and organized, and this continued out to the workshop area. My brother in law recommended European Autowerks, glad I followed his advice. We will definitely use this repair shop in the future.
