The crew took great care of Butter, keeping me apprised of anything that changed as they went through her work list. They explained clearly the problems they found and put them into a time frame with the most necessary jobs being addressed first and the rest another time. Their loaner car was a great help-not all shops have a car for customers to use. And when I picked her up she was sparkling clean! I would highly recommend European Autowerks to anyone who cares about their foreign car-especially a classic like mine which requires a knowledgeable and caring mechanic and an in depth knowledge of parts location!
