I've been to European Autowerks quite a number of times, and, based upon each time, I have recognized that 1) they are honest as the day is long, 2) they do their best, and think about what they do, and 3) I couldn't get better service anywhere in this area. Their pricing is a bit high, but, unless you are impoverished, you will likely find that worth it, especially if you experience their unabashed "guarantee work". It seems to me that if anything went wrong around or about something / anything they did, they take responsibility, even if it might have been "not really their fault". I have recognized that their warranty exceeds the warranty of the parts available to them / us. The owner of this shop is the son of one of my most honorable, intelligent, and trustworthy co-workers. Every dealing I have had with his shop has left me feeling - satisfied and pleased. This is *the* five-star auto-shop of Southeast Virginia.

I’ve been doing business with the owner for years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to repair my vehicles as good as his team does. They’re not the cheapest, but I’ve definitely learned in life that when it comes to car repairs, you get what you pay for. Additionally, their customer service is truly the best I’ve ever experienced when dealing with a mechanic shop. I’ve recommended my family and friends, and unless something changes, I’ll be going back for many more years to come.

Front desk receptionist was very friendly and she came in early so I could pick up the loaner care and get to work on time. I was notified of the cost before the job was completed, and was able to pick up my car after work. They were quick and efficient.

These guys and gals keep me going dispute the 2003 Toyota!! They are as great as the keep my car!!!
