My driver seat was not working and i had to replace the computer module. The service was great. From the time I made the appointment with Ramel to the time my car was finished. The work that was done was indeed difficult, especially when dealing with updates on the vehicles computer. They were patient, didn't rush and the work was A1. They even followed up with a call to make sure things were good. They also tell you the warranty on the parts you receive. They definitely will have me as a repeat customer.

Taylor is the man. Kept constant communication with me throughout the entire process. There wasnt a moment where i was wondering what the status of my car was. Super friendly and the shop did exactly what i needed

European Autowerks did an outstanding job of quickly diagnosing and repairing a problem with my Audi Q7. Taylor could not have been more responsive and did a terrific job of keeping me informed of his team’s progress at every step. I saved thousands of dollars over what the dealership had quoted and the repairs were completed ahead of schedule. If I could provide a rating higher than 5 stars I would!

Taylor was extremely knowledgeable about the services he was offering, answered all of my questions, and provided me with an accurate cost and turnaround time for the services needed for my vehicle! Hard to find repair shops that service European cars, even harder to find ones that know what they’re doing. I’ll definitely be seeing them again!

2019 BMW X5, drivetrain problem. My first time here. Customer Service was outstanding! Technically superior to any shop I have ever used. Honest evaluation of what work needed done.
