Virginia Beach Auto Repair

My family owns an A6 and A8L, been taking our vehicles to both Audi dealerships in MD and VA for over 8 yrs, spending thousands of $ for the most mundane repairs till i discovered Euro Autowerks. Received a quote from Audi for a mandatory repair for $5k then visited Euro Autowerks and received repair price of $1.6k to include a 3yr warranty. This is where i will be be taking my family cars going forward. As a active duty military member we need those who we can rely on when things get tough and i put my trust in Euro Autowerks. Not to forget the outstanding customer service provided by Service Advisor (Ramele), he kept me up to date on my car and gave me financial options when things seemed rough.

I am very happy with their establishment! Very professional and proficient yet empathetic. I needed over 7,000.00 worth of work done to my bmw. I didn’t know how I was going to pay that on the spot out of pocket. However Ms. Ally helped me get the majority of it covered after my minor collision through my insurance. They fixed it in a timely manor as well. They helped me with back and fourth communication with my insurance company in which they did not have to do. And I’ll be forever grateful. European Autowerks has the highest standard or professionalism and the quality of the work is excellent! Whether you speak with Ally or Ramel, the experience is quick and painless with the consumer’s best interests on the forefront always doing what they can to help. I was able to keep a loaner car for multiple days while they waited for a part to arrive. That made my life easier and allowed me to take care of my business without inconveniencing me. Always recommend European Autowerks and have a lifer in me as a customer. Thanks!!
