I am very happy with their establishment! Very professional and proficient yet empathetic. I needed over 7,000.00 worth of work done to my bmw. I didn’t know how I was going to pay that on the spot out of pocket. However Ms. Ally helped me get the majority of it covered after my minor collision through my insurance. They fixed it in a timely manor as well. They helped me with back and fourth communication with my insurance company in which they did not have to do. And I’ll be forever grateful. Whether you speak with Ally or Ramel, the experience is quick and painless with the consumer’s best interests on the forefront always doing what they can to help. I was able to keep a loaner car for multiple days while they waited for a part to arrive. That made my life easier and allowed me to take care of my business without inconveniencing me.
