Went here for a Service A it was not done properly they are supposed to change the filter as part of the service according to my manual. Asked them to fix my top they charged me $550 and didn’t fix anything just tried to uncover more issues which was just aftermarket wiring for a six cord. After the service the charged me for an alignment that they could only half way do because it was a “aftermarket suspension”. Then all of a sudden my supercharger belt snapped and they can’t fix it. Really they are only trying to make as much MONEY as possible. I know this because I asked for one marker lamp to be fixed and they said because they weren’t amber it wouldn’t pass inspection and both needed to be changed and quoted $310 😂. I found out I can have clear markers with an amber light underneath. Stay away they charge money and don’t fix anything at all.
We understand your frustration when you buy a car from out of town, sight unseen, and it is heavily modified. With that in mind a "tuner" shop is your best bet for all your aftermarket items and we repaired the items that were agreed upon. As far as your Virginia State Inspection item, you might want to read the inspection manual or consult a Virginia State Trooper as the information we provided is State law. If you need the phone number to the State Police, we would be happy to provide that to you or if you would like to look it up, it is section19VAC30-70-180 paragraph 3. We wish you the best with your SL.
