Took my wife’s 2008 Passat in for testing on the cooling system because it was leaking. Customer service was excellent. They were very forthcoming about what repairs would be necessary and which ones could be held off for a while. The diagnostic service was completely thorough. Now, my wife and I have to make a decision whether we want to spend the money to fix a car that isn’t worth very much.
