I recently had my vehicle there at your facility to have it diagnosed and repaired. I acknowledged to the service manager what was done & what was found prior to troubleshooting to give an idea of what was happening to my vehicle. Also after the initial work that I wanted performed I also stated that I wanted a connector replaced on the transmission which was causing transmission oil to travel up the harness up into the transmission module. Also I wanted a state inspection. Neither of these requests was performed, quoted or even acknowledged. But they stated that I needed a battery. I personally checked the battery and the battery tested good. I asked after performing the repairs of the wiring did you do a voltage drop. They said the battery had to be replaced before they do any further diagnosis. How was the troubleshooting was done prior to doing the repair of wiring? If you don't charge the battery while troubleshooting eventually the battery is going to be drained! So now after the vehicle sits for a couple of days the battery is dead! So what was actually done for $2600? I took the battery to have tested at two different facilities, both tested & tested good. I felt that I didn't get the service that I requested to the fullest. I paid with no problem but didn't get the service.

This place is top of the line. We took our Mercedes SLK230 here for essentially an overhaul. Eric and team had diagnosed the problem very quickly and had the car running within a day. From there Eric gave us a rundown of the issues our vehicle was facing after sitting for years. He worked with us on what we should focus on and what items could wait. We were always in the loop of what was going on and never felt pressure. We were given the time to talk about what he had found and time to decide if we wanted it fixed. Honest from the start and can't say enough about how valued we felt.
