I had an electrical issue with my 2009 BMW 328i. I had the vehicle towed to European Autowerks for repair. I had never used them before but was impressed with the reviews I had read. The communication was very good and Ramele kept me informed with the progress of my vehicle. They did not continue with any work until Ramele spoke with me and verified that I agreed with their assessment and gave the approval to continue the work. I was not happy with what I had to pay for the repair, however, the cost would have been much higher if I had taken my vehicle to a BMW dealership. When I say I was not happy with the price, it was because European Autowerks over charged, it’s because the nature of the work and repair done to my vehicle is inherently expensive. They were very knowledgeable and used NEW genuine BMW parts for the repair. I would definitely recommend European Autowerks to anyone who has a BMW for any type of repair, especially electrical repair.

Just dropped off a vehicle that had no keys and needed new keys for vehicle.

Expertise is second to none, jus feel like they practice price gouging, if a customer can get a cheaper part, and the customer understands the risk, then the customer should be able to buy a part, especially when it’s 350 dollars cheaper. But again you have to pick your poison!!! I rather get it don’t the right way and jus pay the (price gouging price!!) lol

Excellent customer service, and they care about customers, using top notch products. Ramel, is awesome very professional, very detail oriented, and friendly! I will definitely be using them as my future mechanics, love, love there service and them!

Great company to do business with. Customer service is awesome and repair prices are reasonable. Only place I’ll take my Audi from now on.
