If only I had learned that you get what you pay for earlier in life! I'm pretty much a motor head myself and really enjoy wrenching but an unfortunate event in my life now prevents me from performing even the simplest automotive service. After trying a few of the 15.99 and 19.99 oil changes and then finding myself needing additional repairs I learned why it was so important to find and build a relationship with a local shop. One day unexpectedly my daughters car dash lit up like Granby Street the transmission wouldn't shift correctly and it would barely run. Fortunately I have been building this relationship with the guys at Automotive Specialist through ordinary service and they too could have easily fed me some bs based on what was happening.
