First experience with AS and Eric. In using the Promo Card I was a little skeptical but Eric was very professional and honest about his business and business practices making me feel extremely comfortable. It's a challenge to find a reputable auto repair company that you can trust but I feel like maybe I have found them at Automotive Specialists.

So glad a friend referred me to this service provider, I had been going to the Mercedes Benz dealer for my service and paying way too much. I am so pleased with the timely manner I am able to schedule appointments as well as receive my service suggestions and car back within a matter of a couple hours.

Each and every time Eric and his Automotive Specialist Team completes the requested maintenance efficiently and without the hassles of adding on additional labor charges for non-needed work. They anticipate your parts requirements when on the scheduled maintenance of your car. No delays. I am very very happy with their work and the relationship we have build together as customer-mechanic. I hope to never have to go back to a dealer service center as long as AS is around. If you own a Mercedes Benz and don't know about this shop....you are truly missing out. European Autowerks offers fair, below dealer hourly rates, honest work and great customer service. You won't want to go anywhere else after your experience here. The best part for me was the honest answers and the customer service. It is so rare to be able to discuss my car with people who take the time to explain the service to you and give you honest answers about why the service is needed. The ability to trust the people working on your vehicle makes all the difference to me.

If only I had learned that you get what you pay for earlier in life!
